The atmosphere of the hotel felt like a mountain retreat. With breathtaking views of the Matterhorn right from our large balcony, the kids loved the cozy suite, and having our dogs with us made it even better. Breakfast was incredibly varied and delightful!

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if there were more outdoor spaces for kids to play safely.

The Bella Vista provided an excellent stay for my work trip to Zermatt. The staff was exceptionally attentive, assisting in arranging transportation and providing local insights. My room offered stunning views of the Matterhorn, and the breakfast selection was diverse and delicious, featuring fresh pastries and locally sourced ingredients. The hotel's sauna was a perfect way to unwind after a day's meetings.

I was blown away by the exceptional view of the Matterhorn from the terrace, and the hotel is just a quick 5-minute walk from the lively heart of Zermatt, making it super convenient for exploring all the nearby restaurants and the Matterhorn Museum. the staff really made my stay memorable by being so friendly and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed during my time there.

We had a cozy room with a breathtaking view of the Matterhorn, watching the sunrise over the mountains was surreal. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with fresh baked goods every morning, making it the perfect start to our days.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but given the experience, it felt justified.

staying at bella vista was a dream come true! the chalet double room was comfy, and we loved the direct view of the matterhorn. breakfast was amazing with fresh orange juice and a variety of cheeses. The spa was a nice surprise. we enjoyed the steam room and a massage. janet and the staff made our stay exceptional.

We had a fantastic group vacation! The chalet suite we stayed in had an amazing view of the Matterhorn. We loved exploring the ropes course nearby and enjoyed the cozy dining space. The breakfast was hearty, and the staff were super friendly. It's a short walk to the main spots, making it super convenient.

The only downside was the slow Wi-Fi during our stay, which made it tricky to stay connected at times.
